Use of facility includes use of preparation area which has a microwave oven, ice machine, refrigerator, triple-sink, and use of 3 quart pitchers and 10 quart punch bowl.
You may use your own caterer or bring food in yourself.
Extra cost Party SERVICE Packages:
- Use of double hot plates and 2 cooler trays.............$15.00
- Use of 2 double hot plates, 4 cooler trays...............$25.00
- Use of special chair toppers available per chair..........$ 1.00
- Use of 52" HDTV/DVD System.............................$25.00
- Use of 60 cup coffee urns (includes coffee, disposable cups. condiments) - per person................. $ 1.00
All rental events:
- Set up fee - (includes tables, chairs, and tablecloths)...$50.00 for the main room, $25.00 for the second room if needed
Your choice of white, black, chocolate, red, or teal round tablecloths..
- Clean up fee - (this includes removing trash from premises)..$25.00
